As young families, we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the friendly staff. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, despite a few items being unavailable when we arrived. The staff made us feel comfortable and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good value for the price.

Very comfortable beds

We recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Plano and were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds. After a long day of activities, it was such a relief to sink into the soft and cozy bed. We had a great night's sleep, waking up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Fairfield Inn.

The receptionist went out of their way to find us a corkscrew from their car. The breakfast had a decent selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and lobby were clean, and we were able to check in early. The employees were excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The front desk even found a room for us when we had a doctor's appointment before check-in.
