The pool bar staff were friendly and hardworking, serving amazing drinks. The front desk agent, Michael, provided exceptional customer service and helped with travel complications. The welcome at check-in was warm and included a guided tour. The entertainment and deluxe room were enjoyable, and the buffet offered a variety of food options. a great resort experience.

The staff is fantastic - Shanese really knows how to make a special evening. The food has a great variety and the buffets are exceptional. The pool activities and beach are very enjoyable. The Jamaican restaurant was delightful and welcoming. there are many amenities to take advantage of during the stay.

The value for money at Bahia Principe Luxury was exceptional, the room was spectacular and the staff treated me like family.

We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel, everything was spotless. The facilities were top-notch, especially the beautiful pool area. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if they could assist us. Additionally, the location was perfect for us as there were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day. And the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

I had an amazing experience at Bahia Principe Luxury. The staff helped me choose a room with a stunning ocean view and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The pool area was always clean and there were plenty of sun loungers available. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

Our group of friends stayed in a hotel located on a protected bay. We enjoyed meals ranging from the on-ground restaurants to the better restaurants to 4 a la carte restaurants all of which were absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean and bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

One thing to note, some of the pool tiles were missing which could pose as a safety hazard.

The complimentary Easter egg hunt was fun for the kids and the adults. We also enjoyed the complimentary Easter brunch. the location was very convenient as it was close to the beach and local attractions. the beach had nice views.

The cleanliness of the rooms was poor, and the beds were uncomfortable. the food was not very good, and there were not many options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay in Jamaica! The island is gorgeous and the people are extremely friendly. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, especially during the Jamaican night at the buffet. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room, a spacious Jr Suite with a great view, was always kept clean. The comfortable beds, bath robes, and slippers were a nice touch. The rainshower in the bathroom was amazing. The hotel had lots of areas where we could sit and relax with a beverage, and the refreshment area in the lobby with juice and tea was a nice touch. The staff, especially Raymond at the pool bar and the omelette cooks, were exceptional and made us feel welcome. The entertainment staff were fun and made our stay enjoyable.
