Although the bedrooms lacked bright lighting, the overall cleanliness was impressive. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space comfortable during our stay. Noise was minimal, even with the birthday party nearby. The full kitchen was a fantastic amenity for our family. the light switches were somewhat confusing. The breakfast options could include hot items for improvement, but the access to the beach and nearby dining made it all worthwhile.

Enjoyed a birthday celebration with warm wishes from fellow guests in the elevator—such a lovely touch! The beach and boardwalk created a great atmosphere. The suite was spacious and perfect for family time, though the sofa bed left much to be desired. Breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was lackluster. Staff vibes were hit-or-miss; some were phenomenal, while others seemed put out by simple requests. A late checkout felt overly scrutinized. Despite these quirks, the marine life and beach views left a beautiful impression. A nice place with significant highs and a few lows.

Booked a sea view with a balcony. Received an upgrade to a spacious room that was simply fantastic. Clean, well-stocked, and the beds? Comfortable. Location is prime; plenty of parking, despite initial confusion over limits. Hotel staff exceeded expectations in friendliness. The peaceful ambiance was a breath of fresh air. breakfast options fall short. A hot breakfast would elevate the experience. The sofa bed was less than cozy. A major setback: locked doors after hours with no key card access. Lastly, had issues with the bedroom TV. Technicians were prompt but ultimately unsuccessful in fixing it. These details matter. Still, a return visit is certain.

The room was nice with a great view. Huge master bath, comfy beds, and 2 bedrooms with extra bathrooms made it perfect for family. Loved having a kitchenette and dining area. The pool had a view, and there’s a fitness center too. Friendly staff remembered my kids. Easy walk to restaurants.

I absolutely loved the beautiful view of the beach from our room at South Beach. The room itself was exceptional, with nice appliances and a comfy bed that made our stay very enjoyable. I was a bit confused about the parking situation initially, as I didn't realize there was outside parking available. One thing that bothered me was the toilet in the half bath that kept running. I managed to stop it by pulling off the top of the back, but it was a bit inconvenient. I also found the price of the property to be on the higher side, but I guess being right on the beach justifies it. The noise from the event called scraping the coast with souped-up trucks was a bit disruptive for us older guests who were looking for a more peaceful experience. the property was very nice and in a great location with a beautiful beach view from the balcony. I was disappointed that the doors were locked after a certain time and accessible only by walking around to the front instead of using a key card. The issue with the water sewer line and the quality of the mattress were definitely drawbacks that affected our overall experience. South Beach has its pros and cons, but the beautiful location and views make it a worthwhile stay, despite the minor inconveniences.

I was disappointed with the lack of basic kitchen utensils in our room. Warming up food was a hassle, and it felt neglected. Plus, finding the entrance was confusing – the lobby's on a higher floor, which threw us off completely.

Staying at this beachfront resort was a delight, as we were literally steps away from the beautiful beach and a lovely boardwalk that led us to fantastic restaurants like Shaggy's and Waffle House, all within just a few minutes’ walk; we even enjoyed our partial ocean view from the balcony while appreciating the clean pool on the property, though I think the hotel could use a little updating here and there.
