Great location for exploring the city with kids. Short walk from Osaka station, shops, and restaurants nearby, convenience store next door. Fantastic room service options and wonderful staff. Comfortable upgraded room. Helpful and polite staff. Club lounge was a good bonus with excellent staff. Close to local restaurant and bar district. Easy access to public transportation and beautiful parks for walks. Above-average room size, well-maintained. Good value, friendly and accommodating staff.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-organized bathroom with a fabulous shower. The mini bar was a great addition, and I loved the convenience of the central controller for all the lights. The staff was friendly and spoke good English. I also appreciated the daily morning newspaper in English. The elevators were fast and responsive, and the breakfast options in the two restaurants were excellent, especially the Japanese one. I highly recommend this hotel.

I traveled to Osaka for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with easy access to the metro and a short walk to Osaka station. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the train station, although we didn't need to use it. The breakfast options were great, with both European and Japanese choices available. The overall experience was excellent, and I would definitely return on my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the taxi area, making it easy to access when arriving in Osaka. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom amenities and a lovely view of the river. The staff throughout the hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The buffet breakfast on the ground floor offers a wide variety of options and is delicious.

Some of the front desk staff can be rude and unprofessional, which can lead to miscommunication.

As a tourist staying in Osaka for a week, Crowne Plaza provided everything I needed. The spacious room and comfortable beds were perfect for a good night's sleep. The mini bar was well-stocked and the central controller for lights made it easy to set the perfect ambiance. The staff was friendly and spoke English fluently, making communication effortless. I also appreciated the complimentary English newspaper each morning. The fast elevators and delicious breakfast options, especially the Japanese restaurant, were the icing on the cake. I recently had a great stay in a centrally located hotel in Osaka. It was just a short walk to the city's main attractions and close to the local airport bus stop. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic city view. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. I also enjoyed the convenience of the available facilities, such as the room service and the restaurants in the complex. it was a wonderful experience.

The walls of the hotel were quite thin, and I could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms.
