I personally found the mini-fridge a bit small for my liking.

The friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, and the spotlessly clean rooms and excellent breakfast bar were just what we needed for a comfortable family trip.

My wife says that the hotel could improve by offering more child-friendly activities or play areas, as my children wanted a dedicated space to have more fun within the hotel premises.

Enjoyed the flexibility of late check-out.if only I didn't have to leave for work so early. The outdoor pool was perfect for a relaxing swim, while the snack bar/deli ensured I didn't starve.

Heard every spring in the firm bed, but hey, at least it wasn't like trying to sleep on a pile of rocks.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was right near everything we wanted to visit. It was super close to restaurants and even a sports arena. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to a Cathedral, which was a bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were pleased to find out that breakfast was provided, although we unfortunately missed it due to oversleeping.

We were close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to satisfy our cravings and shop till we dropped. Getting around was a breeze as it was easy to get to by public transport. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service that dropped us off and picked us up within a 3-mile radius of the property. It was so convenient to explore nearby attractions and even take a quick trip to the Swan House before heading to the airport. And let's not forget about the amazing breakfast! The variety offered was impressive, and we especially loved the waffles. Starting our day with a delicious meal definitely set the tone for a great day ahead.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The beds and linens were excellent, providing a comfortable sleep. The location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The lack of blackout curtains was a major issue, as the bright parking area lights shone into our room, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were some inconsistencies with the key cards, and we had to request assistance from the maid to get into our room.

I always choose this spot for my stay. The staff helped with late check-out, which I appreciated. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I'm coming back for a business trip.
