We highly recommend La Palm Premier Hotel & Spa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi.

This place is simply amazing!

The hotel location was perfect - central and close to the night market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond by fixing my bike and providing a special breakfast for my dietary needs. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a great bathroom and ample hot water. The breakfast selection was superb, including made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend Mr. Eric for organizing tours.

I recently stayed at Database pros in Hanoi for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff, including David, Vu, and Kate, were incredibly polite and helpful. They made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. The hotel is located on a quiet street in Central Old Quarter, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Our room on the 8th floor was spacious, clean, and free from street noise. The freshly prepared breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and welcoming, making our Easter stay a memorable one. They organized a cruise to Ha Long Bay and a taxi to the airport for us, taking care of all the details. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and visit various attractions. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide range of options to choose from.

We experienced an electrical power shutdown on our last day at the hotel. However, this was not the hotel's fault as it affected the entire neighborhood.
