the hotel in Onomichi was amazing - gorgeous design, cool room, and great location for biking. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations and I had a comfortable stay with my family.

the hotel, with its cool bike design, is perfect for those planning to do the Shimanami Kaido cycling route. the spacious rooms and larger-than-usual bathroom were a pleasant surprise compared to other Japanese hotels. the staff at the hotel, including the bike rental adjoining Giant store, were extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like coming "home" after a day of biking.

The hotel was located in a reclaimed industrial complex with a boardwalk overlooking the water, providing a lovely place to relax. The room, although small, had a very comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the best aspects was the option to rent a bike, making it easy to explore the nearby area and embark on the popular Shimanami Kaido cycling route.

The rooms were quite dimly lit, which could be bothersome for some guests. there were occasional noise disturbances from other rooms and the boardwalk.

The atmosphere of the hotel, with its proximity to shipyards and occasional fishers on the boardwalk, added to the overall experience.

we had a fantastic couple of days in onomichi, staying at a unique and stylish hotel. the industrial design and incredible food at the restaurant exceeded our expectations. the staff were so helpful and efficient, even organizing our luggage to be sent to our next destination.

This hotel is a backpacker's dream. Trendy and comfortable with friendly staff. Best beds in Japan. Large rooms, deck with boat views, and a fabulous bakery. Perfect location for starting the bike ride.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. the old warehouse design, combined with the open plan layout, created a unique and inviting atmosphere. the galleried rooms, shop, restaurant, and Giant bike shop added to the charm. Being right on the waterfront was a treat, with a wooden deck offering breathtaking views of the islands and working ships. As a cyclist, I appreciated the excellent facilities and the support provided by the staff. the hotel was impeccably clean and comfortable, making it a delightful stay.
