The light switch for the sink is a bit hard to locate and not labeled, resulting in the entire room getting lit up if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Spent Easter at this hotel right in the heart of an amazing shopping area! the room was clean, modern, and offered great amenities. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city easy. Great location to use as a hub to see all the attractions! Staff was really helpful in guiding us around the city and always had great recommendations for places to eat.

That it was quite a long walk to get to some of the further attractions, like the subway station. And because Kyoto doesn't have an extensive metro system, we ended up taking a fair amount of taxis - but this was worth it to be staying in such a great location!

the hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the shopping streets and just across the famous Nishiki market. It's also a short walk to train stations and popular districts like Gion and Pontocho alley. the facilities were modern and well-maintained, and the shower had excellent water pressure. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even accepting our baggage before check-in and storing it after check-out. a great experience.

The location was outstanding, with easy access to the main spots in Kyoto. The hotel is right on a vibrant shopping street, and we found Starbucks, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven conveniently nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had calming illumination. The staff was helpful and guided us through the self-check-in process seamlessly. The hotel also had great amenities, including a laundry room. Despite a minor issue with our reservation, the hotel provided excellent customer service and gave us an extra room at no charge. The breakfast was delicious, although we only had it once due to the abundance of food options around the hotel. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Forza Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi for your stay in Kyoto.

We recently stayed at Forza Kyoto Shijo Kawaramachi and had a fantastic experience. the room was spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the free selection of coffee available in the lobby, with the Matcha Latte being a must-try. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance while still maintaining a quiet atmosphere in the room. There were plenty of bus and train stations nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kyoto.
