During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the cozy and beautifully decorated rooms. the beds were comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were a bonus. the breakfasts served in the morning were outstanding, with a variety of delicious options each day. We also enjoyed having leftover baked goods available for snacking throughout the day. Additionally, the knowledge and assistance provided by the owners were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay.

We recently stayed at the Bross Hotel in Paonia for three nights and had an amazing experience. The owner was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for dinner at Big Bees Orchard, which was fantastic. The hotel itself is a historic gem, tastefully decorated in a modern arts and craft style. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations with different high-quality options each morning. The location was perfect for exploring the town and its organic farms and vineyards.

The hotel's location in the heart of the town made it convenient for exploring. Breakfasts were phenomenal, with a different delicious option each morning. The staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, and the hotel had plenty of parking.

I stayed at the charming Bross B&B during my trip to Aspen. The historic hotel had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff, especially Karen and Mr. Michael, were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially if you enjoy fruit. Despite being an older building, my room was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel also had a hot tub and convenient parking. I fell in love with Peonia and will definitely be returning for a longer visit next time.
