The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Hakata station in the center of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a breakfast with fruits included, were superb.

All was superbly enjoyable.

The hotel was fantastic, very well located, within walking distance to the train station , and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. the room was spacious and with good amenities , and the public bath was a great addition, very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day. the staff was helpful, and the room was kept clean and tidy every day.

That the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it was not a major issue as we were not expecting to spend much time online during our trip. some of the staff did not speak English well, but we managed to communicate using a translator app which was not too troublesome.
