I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Niseko. The traditional Japanese design of the rooms was truly beautiful, with large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and provided an amazing view of the surrounding area. The attention to detail in the hotel's amenities was also very impressive. The in-house onsens were a delight, especially the outdoor onsen where you could soak in the warmth while enjoying the soft falling snow. The breakfast spread was a feast of local delights and the kaiseki dinner was absolutely worth the money, with a pianist serenading guests during the meal.

I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication with staff.

Excellent breakfast options, including both continental and traditional Japanese dishes. Convenient shuttle bus service to the ski slopes. Indoor and outdoor baths are a great addition. Two on-site restaurants are highly recommended, but a 10-minute walk to a nearby traditional Japanese restaurant is also worth trying. Tranquil setting ideal for skiing, but limited nightlife options.

The room was spacious with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The onsen experience was incredible, especially the outdoor onsen under the snow. The hotel's convenient location near the ski resorts and the free shuttle bus service made it easy to get around. I also appreciated the possibility to rent ski equipment at the hotel. Despite a minor language barrier, the staff were excellent and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend this hotel for nature lovers and ski enthusiasts.

Loved the variety of food options for breakfast, both Japanese and continental cuisine were excellent. the shuttle service to the ski slopes was very convenient and ran on time. the onsen was an enjoyable bonus to relax after a day of skiing. the beautiful scenery outside the hotel was a great escape from the city.

The hotel lacked after-ski entertainment options, and going out at night was a bit of a hassle, as it requires a 20-minute taxi ride to reach the nearest locations. the gym was slightly outdated and had a limited variety of equipment.
