My recent stay at One World was fantastic! I stayed for three nights for a family vacation. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, providing a fast check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was spacious and had a strong shower. The hotel's car park was easy to access using just the room key card, and they even provided three sets of towels automatically in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the croissants were simply excellent! Additionally, the hotel's location near the Bandar Utama MRT station and connected to a mall made exploring the area super convenient. We also enjoyed the free upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was clean, comfortable, and had polite and hospitable staff. a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back!

We loved this place! It's situated within this huge shopping mall which has everything you can imagine. We could easily get to town as there's an MRT access nearby. The area is also nicely planned, making it easy to navigate. Service was fantastic, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and a valet parking. The staff here provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served up delicious food and drinks, and we made sure to try both. The leisure swimming pool was a great way to relax and cool off from the heat.

I was blown away by the thoughtful and romantic decorations in our suite, creating an unforgettable stay at One World. The breakfast was the largest I’ve seen, featuring delicious options with attentive service. The convenient location near the MRT and shopping added to the overall great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location next to the mall is very convenient for shopping and dining. The junior suite and connecting room with 2 queen sized beds are perfect for families with children. The hotel staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The Christmas day cake surprise was a nice touch.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. the spa & wellness centre offered exclusive amenities and the massages were divine. the outdoor swimming pool had plenty of beach umbrellas and sun terrace lounges with a garden area making it a perfect relaxation spot.

The only negative aspect is that the buffet breakfast was a bit underwhelming. in-room breakfast was a welcomed exclusive and delicious surprise.

This hotel is well-connected to the world's fourth largest shopping center. If you love shopping, you'll find it convenient. The location is close to One Utama shopping center. When you stay here, you'll have easy access to the mall. If you're interested in nightlife, this is a good spot for that too. The breakfast spread is not bad and there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

The staff's communication was a letdown. They failed to attend to our room despite their promises.

The price is a bit high compared to other similar hotels nearby. Some of the amenities and facilities could have been better.
