The location of Wbf Grande was perfect, just a short walk from the Aeon Shopping Mall with its great food court and restaurants. The hotel itself was large and clean, offering a wide selection of delicious food at the breakfast buffet. The onsen on the 2nd floor was a real highlight, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious and clean rooms, great location and friendly staff made our Xmas stay enjoyable. the hot springs were amazing and just what we needed after a chilly day out. It was also convenient to have a 7-11 nearby for a quick snack.

Although the breakfast was decent, it didn't quite meet our expectations. the bathroom was a bit cramped and could have used more space.
