The pool on the top floor had a stunning view of the city and we could even watch the sunset from the pool deck. The staff was very attentive, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The hotel's location next to the mall was convenient.

our second stay in puerto princesa was amazing! hue hotels and resorts surpassed our expectations with their spacious family room, friendly staff, and great wifi. the rooftop pool area had a cozy vibe and a beautiful city view. being close to the mall and having a free shuttle service to the airport were convenient bonuses. highly recommended!

Disappointing inconsistency with policy and availability

Our stay was fantastic. The location was great, right next to a modern shopping mall with tons of amenities. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the beautiful pool area. It was just a short drive to several attractions and beaches which made exploring the area easy. We also appreciated the reasonably priced tours on offer.

The room furnishings could have been cleaner in certain areas such as the decorative pillows and curtains, but it was not a major issue.
