I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got some serious bang for our buck. The room was super spacious and we even had enough room to unpack our bags without feeling cramped. Plus, the view from our window was absolutely amazing, like something out of a postcard. The location was top-notch too, right in the heart of Minato Mirai with all its futuristic vibes. And the staff? They were just so darn friendly and helpful, I couldn't have asked for better service.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the pier and downtown Yokohama, this hotel offers a great location. You can enjoy a cruise from the nearby pier or stroll through the local park. On the weekends, the restaurants around the hotel offer delicious food. The rooms are spacious with excellent views of the harbor. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. The hotel gym and pool require an additional fee. The only downside is that the check-in process can be slow.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at Intercontinental made us feel like royalty. the level of politeness and helpfulness was exceptional, even by Japanese standards. the hotel itself is stunning, with a magnificent lobby atrium and beautifully designed rooms. Our room had an amazing view of Yokohama Bay and was spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable. the location is perfect for dining, shopping, and transportation.

We were thrilled to find the hotel was just a short walk from popular attractions like the Gundam Factory and Chinatown. We also loved having a room with a great view of the harbour. Though the breakfast line was long, the food was definitely worth the wait. highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a marvelous view of the harbor. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The location right on the harbor was perfect, as it allowed us to easily access all the main attractions and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Additionally, there were many different restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for us to find delicious meals throughout our stay. The staff provided excellent service with a smile and catered to our needs, ensuring that we had a delightful experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of either the Bay in Yokohama or the amusement park. The location was perfect, right next to the amusement park and close to the train station. The staff treated me with kindness and were always helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more choices available.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city and catch local transportation. the proximity to the International Cruise Terminal was also a huge plus for us. the hotel itself was enormous and beautifully maintained. the bathrooms were spacious and the shower was hot and powerful. We loved the full-sized bath and the heated toilet seat was a luxurious touch. the view of the city from our room was simply stunning. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety of options. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside during our stay was that the bed was quite firm for our liking. It took us a little time to get used to it.
