Stunning harbor views and spacious, clean rooms. The window seat was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city lights at night. Retro-themed bathroom was a unique touch. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in the heart of Minato Mirai area. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the pier and downtown Yokohama, this hotel offers a great location. You can enjoy a cruise from the nearby pier or stroll through the local park. On the weekends, the restaurants around the hotel offer delicious food. The rooms are spacious with excellent views of the harbor. The buffet breakfast has plenty of options to choose from. The hotel gym and pool require an additional fee. The only downside is that the check-in process can be slow.

We were thrilled to find the hotel was just a short walk from popular attractions like the Gundam Factory and Chinatown. We also loved having a room with a great view of the harbour. Though the breakfast line was long, the food was definitely worth the wait. highly recommend this hotel!

Conveniently located near Pacifico, with a futuristic Minato Mirai view. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful, offering quality service to ensure an enjoyable stay. The lobby and elevator hallway provide stunning architectural visuals. a spacious, clean, and comfortable accommodation worth the stay. The art gallery shop offers a range of quality goods for purchase.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a fantastic value for my money at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of either the Bay in Yokohama or the amusement park. The location was perfect, right next to the amusement park and close to the train station. The staff treated me with kindness and were always helpful.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more choices available.

We loved the stunning city views from our comfortable room and enjoyed relaxing by the window with snacks. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the airport bus stopped right outside.

Felt spoiled, no reason to complain.
