The availability of towels can be improved, as guests only have access to one towel for multiple uses during their stay.

The hotel also offered a variety of leisure activities, such as table tennis and fishing, making it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. the combination of the stunning location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities made my stay here truly unforgettable.

The public transport was punctual and efficient, with the bus dropping us right outside the hotel. Our spacious Japanese-style room had a beautiful view of the river. the on-site baths were wonderful, and we enjoyed bathing in the natural hot springs by the river. the hotel provided a shuttle to the Kumano Kodo walking routes, making it easy for us to go hiking. the food was phenomenal, with amazing banquets for dinner and delicious breakfasts. the staff were polite and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Spent a wonderful Christmas in a hotel overlooking a beautiful river that sprouted hot springs when you dug into it. the traditional room we stayed in was spacious and pleasant, with an amazing balcony view. the hotel served great traditional meals, with amazing dinner and breakfast included. Meals were served in private rooms on the ground floor. We enjoyed going out to the hot springs after dinner, where there were fewer crowds. We also appreciated the accessibility and ample parking available at the hotel.

The prices of minibar drinks were too high, and there was no salt offered for the skin to upgrade the bath effect. the staff at the reception area spoke very little English, which made communication difficult at times.
