My recent stay at this hotel in Hiroshima was truly exceptional. the staff here are incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the room was not only spotless but also quite spacious, perfect for a family of four like mine. the location in a peaceful neighborhood provided a serene setting, overlooking a charming canal. the small terrace by the riverbank was a delightful spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. the attention to detail in the room decor, such as the world map with polaroids, added to the overall charm. Not to mention, the eco-friendly approach of the hotel is commendable, aligning with my values perfectly.

A minor improvement that could enhance the experience would be providing two pillows per bed, as some might find it more comfortable. Another small suggestion would be to consider adding a laundry facility on-site for convenience, even though the nearby laundromat is within walking distance.

As a family of 4, our room at Lazuli was perfect. the staff was friendly, and the cleanliness top-notch. We enjoyed the small terrace by the river, the cozy decor, and the eco-friendly approach. the comfortable bed and private bathroom were great too. A lovely place!

we had a room on the 2nd floor at lazuli hiroshima hotel and lounge. the staff was very nice, and our spacious room had all the amenities we needed and more - even an alexa. the view from the balcony overlooking the river was lovely. the location was convenient, close to the station and not far from shopping areas. a wonderful stay with excellent value for money.

Amazing Staff and Comfy Rooms

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. Their friendliness and efforts to ensure a great stay really stood out to me. the room felt like a cozy apartment, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of activities. the lack of laundry facilities on site was a downside.
