The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. the view from the window was also a nice bonus, especially when the cruise ships were docked. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a good night's sleep.

The breakfast provided at the hotel was inconsistent in terms of quality. Sometimes there was a good selection of fruit and meats, but other times it was limited and leftovers were served.

Clean room, helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast options, convenient bar for drinks and snacks. No nearby restaurants, but a good place to meet people and plan activities. a great place to stay for a couple of weeks.

I loved staying here! The location was great, close to all shops and beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available when I needed them. My room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The swimming pool was amazing, I enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing by the water.

Conveniently located near the cruise ship port and a Walmart. Room with a view overlooking the pool and mountains was quiet and had comfortable bedding. Good breakfast options including gluten-free selections. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great for both business and family travelers.

We had such a blast at this hotel, perfect for party people! The pool area was amazing and the staff were super attentive.

The hotel is conveniently located on a busy street, making it easy to catch buses to various destinations. It is close to the port and offers a beautiful view of the harbor. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a beautiful shower. The breakfast provided is good, with a variety of options to choose from. Guests also have access to a nice pool and brand new exercise equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, and free weights.

One negative aspect is the poor room service, with incorrect orders and long waiting times for food delivery.

We had a fantastic view from our room overlooking the pool and a beautiful mountain. The room was quiet, thanks to the darkening blinds, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was a delight, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. The hotel also provided a simple breakfast with plenty of gluten-free options. Being close to a Walmart was convenient for snacks and drinks.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect. The location was OK, close to the beach and main road for easy access to buses. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the dry cleaning to the housekeeping and laundry. The room amenities, such as air conditioning and an in-room safe, were top-notch. The television and telephone in the room added to our convenience. The dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were great. The staff may not speak English fluently, but their helpfulness and friendliness made up for it. The leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception provided added convenience.

Although the staff does not speak English fluently, it did not hinder the overall experience at this hotel. We would highly recommend this place to others.

The location of the hotel is convenient for those who need to be close to the airport or the business area. It is also situated on a busy street with easy access to buses to explore nearby places. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the cleaning staff does an excellent job. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the pool and exercise equipment are new and functional.

The surrounding area has bad sidewalks, making it hard to walk around.

Our weekend stay had a couple of nice surprises. We were greeted with complementary fruit baskets in the lobby and a bottle of water in our room. the location was great! Close to an amazing mall and a quick bus ride to the city center. the rooftop pool area had stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area.

Our stay was ruined by a few issues. Our room was not properly cleaned, there were hairs on the sheets and pillowcases.
