The hotel is conveniently located close to the slopes, making it easy to get to the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the ocean from higher floors. The staff is friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to ship forgotten items back to their guests. The Onsen, especially the outdoor bath, is a great way to relax after a long day on the slopes.

There is nowhere to have a drink during the day other than the bistro, which can be quite limiting for guests looking for a different atmosphere or variety in their dining options.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ajigasawa that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of the ocean from the 8th floor. The onsen, especially the outdoor bath, was a great way to relax after a day of skiing. We also appreciated the convenience of the ping pong table, ski lockers, and self-serve laundry facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a gift shop and bar in the lobby. The ski ticket and meal deal offered great value for money.

We had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the slopes, allowing us to easily access the ski paths. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing us with extra equipment when needed. We were particularly impressed with Kenji, our backcountry tour guide, who spoke English and made our experience even more enjoyable. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the Japanese style food served at the restaurant was delicious.

Spent the New Year’s Eve at a hotel near a ski resort. the room had a great view of the mountains. the hotel’s staff was friendly and accommodating. the ski lifts were conveniently located near the hotel, making it easy to start skiing as soon as possible. the hot spring baths in the hotel were a delightful way to relax after a long day of skiing.

There weren't any convenient stores near the hotel, so most of the time we had to rely on the hotel's food. the variety provided was limited, but what was available was of good quality.
