As a leisure traveler, we enjoyed a delightful 2-night stay at this charming ryokan. the room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious open-air bath on the balcony. the staff was exceptionally helpful, offering timely shuttles to various attractions, including the snow monkey park. the traditional meals served were delicious, offering a unique culinary experience. Overall, a fantastic location close to the station and great amenities, making our stay truly memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at a ryokan in Nagano. The location was very convenient, as it was close to Yudanaka station and all the local restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the facilities were top-notch, with a relaxing onsen available for guests to enjoy.

The dinner service was a bit slow due to understaffing.

We had an incredible stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and surrounded by restaurants and shops. It made it so convenient for us to explore the area without any hassle. The hotel itself provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and were able to explain everything to us with great detail. They even went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar area, offering delicious special diet menus. We were truly impressed with our experience here.

We went to this hotel as part of a New Year ski trip. the location was great, as it allowed us easy access to the slopes and ski lifts. the shuttle to the ski resort was always on time, which was convenient. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, which was included in the price of the room.

We found the staff to be quite unwelcoming and unhelpful, which made the stay less enjoyable. the hotel was quite noisy and we could hear other guests talking from our room.
