This hotel is conveniently located, being close to the station and near the metro, which provides easy access to various lines. The staff at this hotel is friendly and provides excellent service, attending to guests' needs with attention to detail. The rooms, although not very spacious, are equipped with basic amenities and even have a blind window for privacy. Additionally, the breakfast provided is great, offering a satisfying start to the day.

It would have been better if the hotel provided a keypad system for room entry, as the card system was a bit inconvenient to use.

the staff was very friendly and willing to assist us whenever we had inquiries. the location was also perfect as it allowed us to visit all of the main sites in the area.

The room was quite small, making it challenging to move around and exercise mobility in the space.

The bath tub in my room was a great alternative to the onsen, ensuring privacy and convenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway station. The staff were professional and the security was top-notch. The amenities were impressive, and the room and bathroom were spacious. I highly recommend this hotel.
