I had a great value for my money at Lotte City in Seoul. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and nearby restaurants.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

I have to say, I got excellent value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the streets below. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Gongdeok Station and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Good location, clean room, and convenient with supermarket and shops on lower floors. Connected to subway station. 7/11 and coffee shop at entrance. Helpful staff translated and shipped passports. Swimming pool available, although noisy and crowded. Overall enjoyable stay with mom.

One drawback was the smoking smell in the elevator, which was unpleasant. We also didn't have a good view from our room.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the subway station and above a supermarket and restaurants. It was really convenient for getting around the city. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. One of the best aspects was the comfort and cleanliness of the room. It was a cozy and relaxing space to come back to after a long day of exploring the city.

The value for money at Lotte City was unbeatable, with a spacious and comfortable room and a great view from the 6th floor. The location was fantastic, with the subway, restaurants, and a well-stocked supermarket all conveniently located in the basement. The staff were extremely attentive and made us feel well taken care of throughout our 2-week stay.
