As youngsters, we loved the handy coin laundry, with the added bonus of being able to check the laundry status on the TV in our room. The location was super convenient, just a short 5-minute walk from Nagoya station. We also enjoyed the abundance of nearby restaurants and the 24-hour aeon supermarket, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack anytime. The self check-in process was a breeze, and the friendly and helpful reception staff made us feel welcome. The takeaway breakfast included in our stay was a great way to start the day.

The bed was super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location was really convenient, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to JR Nagoya station. the hotel staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze.

I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, even with the help of Google maps. It would have been helpful if they had a baggage service for guests who wanted to send their bags to another location or their next hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was incredibly convenient for my travels. It was so close to the train station, which made it very easy for me to explore the city. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a hair mask that was a lifesaver for my tangled hair. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I had trouble finding the hotel. I also appreciated the fact that the room made good use of the space, with even a connecting room that had two toilets.

There was one negative aspect that slightly affected my experience. On the last night of my stay, there was a cockroach in my room, which was not a pleasant surprise.

We had a nice romantic getaway, and the hotel offered complementary skin care products and pyjamas. The location was great as it was close to several stations and various restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that we had a window that we could open for fresh air.

We were disappointed by the lack of luggage forwarding service. We had to haul our bags to a convenience store to send them off.
