When I mentioned I needed to ship a package, they provided me with all the necessary supplies and took care of the shipping. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, and despite a few minor disappointments, the overall service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend staying at Intercontinental.

During my New Year's stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms at the hotel. the square footage may not be spacious, but there was everything I needed packed into the small space. the staff were attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional customer service. One of the downsides of my stay was the limited menu selection and food quality at the hotel restaurant. Although there were many other dining options nearby, the hotel restaurant was one of the few options open before 10 am.
