The concierge at Intercontinental was truly exceptional. When I arrived late at night and was hungry, they recommended a fantastic sushi restaurant nearby and even made a reservation for me. When I mentioned I needed to ship a package, they provided me with all the necessary supplies and took care of the shipping. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated, and despite a few minor disappointments, the overall service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend staying at Intercontinental.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated near a major train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the customer service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were professional and helpful, providing excellent assistance throughout my stay. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the quiet and tranquil atmosphere of the rooms. Despite being surrounded by bustling streets and a busy train station, the rooms were peaceful and provided a relaxing environment.

One area that could be improved upon was the lack of experience exhibited by some of the staff. While they were nice, there were instances where their inexperience showed.

One of the downsides of my stay was the limited menu selection and food quality at the hotel restaurant. Although there were many other dining options nearby, the hotel restaurant was one of the few options open before 10 am.
