Service above and beyond! Upon arrival at the B hotel in Kobe, I realized that I had left my passport in my hotel in Tokyo. The hotel staff took the initiative to call the Tokyo hotel and arrange for express mailing of my passport to our next hotel in Kyoto. They even arranged for the Kyoto hotel to hold the passport until our arrival. They did all of this with a smile on their face and provided great advice about the city. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and helpfulness.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it a convenient base for exploring the lively dining and shopping scene in downtown. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a longish bathroom and a clean, comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is evident, with excellent free coffee available in the lobby, perfect for a pick-me-up before heading out for the day. Plus, the breakfast included in the rate offers a wide variety of options, including pasta, making it a great deal for those with diverse tastes.

Great location near a shrine and many shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious for a Japanese hotel. Staff speak English and offer helpful information. Breakfast options include Japanese and Western dishes. Nearby underground station provides easy access to Shinkansen.

As older guests, we loved the convenient location near Sannomiya Station and the abundance of nearby restaurants. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the unique and vibrant yellow-colored bathroom added a refreshing touch. The friendly and helpful staff, despite their limited English, went out of their way to assist us, even providing information on nearby shoe shops for larger sizes. We were also impressed by the speedy check-in process and the efficiency of the housekeeping staff, who magically cleaned our room while we were out exploring. Plus, having a 24-hour Donki right next to the hotel was a bonus!

Stayed in a fantastic hotel in Japan, close to main train station and shops. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, perfect size for two people. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasurable. We were surprised to find that toiletries and breakfast were included in the price of the room, this was a nice touch. To top it off, we were delighted to find that there was free Wi-Fi available, perfect for browsing and uploading pictures of our trip.

We recently stayed at a hotel perfectly situated in the heart of the bustling city. The central location allowed us easy access to all the major attractions in the Kobe-Osaka-Kyoto area. We were also just a short walk away from the train station Sannomiya, making it convenient for us to go on day trips and explore the surrounding areas. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with luxurious beds and a modern bathroom with a fantastic shower. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also offered fast and reliable wifi for our convenience. we had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The lack of closet space in the room, which made it a bit challenging to store our larger luggage during our extended stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, seconds from all of Kobe's restaurants and right in the bustling heart of the city. It was perfect for exploring as it was a 2-minute walk to the underground and a direct line to the Shinkansen. Plus, it was almost in the middle of the city and so close to the train station, which facilitated my moves inside Kobe.

All was good, no complaints about this hotel.
