Chommie at reception was super helpful, even helped with our luggage delivery. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, ja no. Plus, the location was spot on, easy to walk to places. Staff really made us feel at home, so that's a win!

the rooms were basically windowless, and i can’t believe a hotel would even think of doing that. also, i asked for a simple taxi arrangement, but the staff just told me to handle it myself, what a charming service! absolutely no special treatment either, you'd think they could offer a complimentary drink at least, but no. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Rooms are tiny!!! Not enough space for luggage, especially with larger bags. If you're planning to do laundry, the single washing machine is inconvenient!!! Also, the check-out time of 10 AM is very early!!!
