Free wifi was great. Loved the laundry machine and flat-screen TV. Luggage storage was convenient.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. it felt shabby and dusty. There was even broken glass on the carpet, which I cut my foot on. The hotel did move me to a non-smoking room, but it still smelled off, as if it might have been adjacent to a smoking room. Additionally, the breakfast included was misleading as I was expecting a buffet, only to find that option wasn’t available. It felt like a bit of a bait-and-switch honestly.

The hotel was just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for daily excursions. I appreciated having a washing machine in my room, which allowed me to freshen up my clothes easily. Additionally, there was a nearby convenience store where I could grab snacks throughout my stay.

The breakfast options were quite limited and could use more variety.

The room size is quite cramped, which feels inappropriate for two adults!!! Housekeeping is limited to every six nights unless extra is paid, which is an annoyance!!! A more thorough cleaning on check-in would be appreciated!!!

the location is super close to ikebukuro station, just a quick walk. great for easy access around tokyo. friendly staff made checking in and out super smooth. The washer-dryer in the room is a huge bonus!

absolutely the worst experience. i couldn't even enjoy the shabby, dusty room without cutting my foot on hidden glass. there's a washing machine, but good luck drying your clothes in that tiny space. i expected a complimentary gesture for all the discomfort, but clearly, they just treat everyone like cattle. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the bed felt cramped because of the room size,, but the washing machine was super handy for my laundry! also, the staff were really considerate in extending my laundry time. the location was close to many shops and restaurants, which was great.

Just a top selection for a short weekend trip in Tokyo with very good value for money. Make sure your luggage is in good shape before arriving, as the walk from the station can be a bit tricky.

Location is super convenient. north Tokyo's bustling yet peaceful area, close to the station. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast? Those croque monsieurs were a delight. I looked forward to it daily.

The lobby renovation made things a bit chaotic at times. and some areas under the bed needed attention.

It was just an ideal choice for a brief pause in Tokyo with good value considering the price it charged. The room had a great layout, making it easy to unpack and feel settled right away. If you’re arriving with luggage, take the C6 subway exit since it has an escalator that helps a lot.

the location is super close to ikebukuro station, like just a few minutes walk. ur gonna love having the washer-dryer in the room for doing laundry. also, the fridge is a plus, i kept snacks in there from the 7-11 nearby. the staff were super chill and helped me with check-in. plus, the bathroom was clean and totally usable, not cramped at all.
