We had a great stay in a vibrant area with easy access to the city's highlights. The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, allowing us to explore different parts of the city effortlessly. The Shinsaibashi area offered a lot of options for dining and shopping, ensuring that we had plenty to do during our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy environment after a long day of sightseeing. The helpful staff made our experience even better, offering complimentary items and ensuring our needs were met.

Some aspects of the housekeeping could have been improved. The cups in our room had stains, and the floor was dusty, requiring us to do additional cleaning ourselves.

The room was small but cleverly designed to maximize space, making it suitable for tall people like us. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for alternative activities when some places were closed during the holiday. The hotel also provided a charger in the room, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and accommodating staff.

That the wifi connection in the room was weak and slow at times.

The location of Unizo was super convenient, just 100 meters away from the metro. the hotel had a ladies' floor with a lounge offering free massage chairs, coffee, and tea. the sitting area provided more air and space compared to the compact room. the breakfast served in the nearby cafe, Bohemia, was fantastic. the hotel was clean, shiny, and new, with nice rooms. the relaxed checkout time of 12pm was a great feature. the amenities provided, including a washer/dryer in the lobby, were on par with other Japanese hotels. the hotel's proximity to the Shinsaibashi metro station and the shopping arcade row made the location ideal.

Excellent location, walking distance to Dotonburi and Americamura. Close to Shinsaibasi station and breakfast spot Eggs n Things. Laundry and drink machine on ground floor. Adjacent to restaurant and shisha bar. Amenities include humidifier, hairdryer, phone charger cable. Comfy, clean bed. Friendly, helpful staff who speak English well.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Located in a great area that has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. the train station is just a short walk away which made it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered complimentary items like bath salts and hairbrushes which was a nice touch. the room was quite comfortable and I appreciated the air cleaning machine. Plus, the large bathtub was amazing to relax in after a long day of exploring.

The room was a smoking room which had a lasting smell despite trying to air it out and using air spray. the fridge was quite loud and the two types of pillows provided were not comfortable for me.

Comfy beds, ample amenities, helpful laundry machines, vibrant fashion culture, plenty of food options.

The facilities were great, and as a solo traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. The staff were friendly, and I particularly appreciated the late check-out time of 12pm. The hotel's location near Dotonbori and America town made it easy to explore the area, and there was even a cafe attached and a convenience store nearby.

I had a really wonderful stay at Unizo Osaka Shinsaibashi. The location was perfect, just steps away from Shinsaibashi Station and within walking distance to Dotonbori. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the added touch of having a humidifier. I highly recommend this hotel.
