The hotel offered excellent housekeeping with a spotlessly clean room and a very comfortable bed, which is not always a given in hotels. the staff was also very kind and helpful, with one staff member named JB going above and beyond to assist us with a late-hour TV issue. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being right off the highway and close to a variety of restaurants.

My experience was marred by a negative encounter with one of the front desk personnel. It would be beneficial if the management addressed this issue to ensure that all staff members are professional and provide excellent customer service.
