I recently stayed at the Merton hotel for a few nights and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel staff were incredibly efficient and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with special mention to the well-appointed bathroom. The Belvedere dining room offered a fantastic buffet-style dinner with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's pool area was a great fit for all ages, and the gym was well-equipped. The entertainment team in the Star room did an amazing job keeping the energy high and creating a fun atmosphere, even when there were only a few guests present.

Noise from bar area disrupted sleep.

I stayed at a 3-star hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at Merton. The buffet breakfast and evening meals were excellent, with a wide selection and high-quality food. The pool was a highlight for my grandchildren and the whole family. The hotel was larger than expected, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Special touches like a pianist in the Lobby Bar added a nice touch to the evenings.

A fan was provided to combat the lack of air conditioning, which was the only downside. it was a fantastic experience and the fact that breakfast was included was a bonus.
