I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mombasa. the bathroom needed some attention, but overall the experience was great. the poolside music was a bit too loud, but the view from the pool and bar was fantastic. the staff were friendly and the spacious room had a balcony. the beds were incredibly comfortable and the wifi was fast. I loved the breakfast variety and the swimming pool was perfect. It was a nice and affordable experience.

There were a few areas in which the hotel fell short. the cleaning service was not up to par, with rooms often not being cleaned until late in the afternoon.

The room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful balcony and a spacious layout. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having both AC and a fan to choose from. the pool had an amazing view, which made relaxing by the water even more enjoyable.

The service at the restaurant was quite slow. I experienced delays in getting my food, and on one occasion, the chicken I ordered came out undercooked and chewy.

my recent business stay at a hotel in mombasa exceeded expectations. the centrally located rooms were spacious and had great views. the hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay with babies seamless, providing baby cots and making baby food on request.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was impressed with the change in management. The staff was much more friendly and welcoming. The general manager, Mr. Sinjah, did an excellent job in running the place, despite his young age. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both buffet and à la carte. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities like electric sockets, fans, and working air conditioning. The staff was accommodating and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay there again.

Breakfast was yummy with both hot and cold options. the view and breeze from the room was amazing. Room felt comfortable and had a traditional ambiance. TV had plenty of channels to choose from.

Check-in was a 45-minute wait with no towels initially and had to call twice for water. Reception staff were a bit uncoordinated with the rest of the hotel.
