Comfortable room, excellent location, with a helpful staff that ensured my stay was pleasant, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenience of the nearby metro station that made exploring the city a breeze.

The location is perfect for family fun. We explored nearby attractions like Cheonggyecheon and Myeongdong markets filled with colorful shops, all within walking distance. Our kids loved the variety of street food available and the easy access to the subway made our trips around Seoul a breeze.

In my wife's opinion, the room maintenance policy could use a family-friendly perk.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the strong Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV. The staff were extremely helpful to my elderly parents during our first stay, and I remember Grace An's friendly attitude. I'd recommend making use of the luggage storage. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

the location was really great, super close to the subway and within walking distance to a lot of cool spots like myeongdong. the staff were friendly and helped us out when we asked about nearby food places. loved that there was a water dispenser on our floor, made it easy to stay hydrated. the rooms were neat and clean, which was a definite plus! overall, a comfy stay for being in such a busy area.

but the air con in our room was kinda weak, didn’t feel cold enough especially during the hot days. also, breakfast could use more options, felt a bit plain.
