We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Jungmung beach. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access the beach and enjoy relaxing walks along the shore. The in-house restaurant provided delicious meals, and we particularly enjoyed the vegan options prepared by the talented chef at the Terrace Cafe. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh juice and live stations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel could benefit from some renovations, as certain areas showed signs of wear and tear.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke efficient English. Our room, which had an ocean view, was spacious and impeccably clean. The buffet terrace at the restaurant was superb, and we also enjoyed the outdoor pool with its fantastic view of the ocean. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a bus stop right in front for convenient transportation. We were impressed by the general manager's hands-on approach, ensuring excellent service throughout our stay.

Close to famous waterfalls and beaches. Breathtaking views of sea and mountains. Enjoyed breakfast buffet and walking path around the premises. Taxi service easily accessible through Kakao Taxi app. Clean and well-maintained swimming pool. an outstanding vacation experience.

The exclusive amenities made our trip truly exceptional; we enjoyed the Infinity Pool, indulged in the Sauna, and luxuriated in the Spa & Wellness Centre. The breathtaking Garden Area and Beach Access was just stunning, and the Restaurant was amazing with delicious dinner options. The private facilities added an extra touch of exclusivity to our stay, and the location advantages made it easy to explore Jeju.

The only minor issue we faced was the Jacuzzi being closed for maintenance during our stay. Nevertheless, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay completely enjoyable.

the hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning location, South-facing and right on the waterfront. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety and high quality food. The public space inside was beautifully designed with lush foliage and a koi fish pond. The glass elevators were entertaining for both children and adults. The grounds were tastefully maintained, and it was delightful to walk along the coast and onto the sandy beach.

Communication with the staff was challenging at times.
