The location of this hotel is excellent! It is conveniently located next to a subway stop, making it easy to get around this city. The hotel facilities, such as the gym and swimming pool, are top-notch. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. Additionally, there are many eateries and cafes in the basement, providing plenty of dining options right at the hotel.

I had a great value for my money at Lotte City in Seoul. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and nearby restaurants.

I have to say, I got excellent value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the streets below. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the Gongdeok Station and with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The luxurious and comfortable room was perfect for our romantic escape. We also enjoyed the spectacular view from a high floor. The swimming pool was a nice temperature and super refreshing. It was great to have a convenience store and bookstore right in the lobby, and the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city.

There were a few minor things that could be improved. The room service and laundry facilities were a bit overpriced.

We chose this hotel for its great location and were not disappointed! The swimming pool was clean and not too crowded, perfect for a relaxing dip. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the bedding. Although there were a few minor drawbacks like noise from outside and small water bottles, overall we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider going back to Lotte City for another visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability, location, and enjoyable amenities.

I loved being able to walk right out of the B1 elevator and step into the subway station or visit the nearby shops and eateries. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, with English-speaking employees at the front desk who were always ready to assist. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a fabulous view, especially those located on the higher floors. The attention to detail was evident, with amenities like an armchair and ironing equipment provided for extra comfort and convenience. In terms of cleanliness, the housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring that the rooms were spotless. Lastly, the breakfast, which included a variety of European cuisine, was a delightful addition to the stay and was included in the overall package.
