We got excellent value for our money at this retreat. The room was incredibly comfortable, with heated tile floors in the bathroom. The location was great, surrounded by lovely gardens. The staff treated us like VIPs, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet, offering a perfect oasis. The breakfast was delicious and the dinner, a 5-course tasting menu, was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to assist me when I had an issue with my lost passports. this retreat exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

The hotel also offers underfloor heating, perfect for those cold days. Additionally, the hotel grounds feature lovely paths through the forest, allowing guests to immerse themselves in nature.

The bar service could be improved to ensure prompt and efficient service for guests.
