From the moment we arrived, the hot towel and freshly squeezed kiwi juice were such a refreshing touch! Dinner was a five-course culinary adventure, with a stunning rainforest view. The spacious and clean room felt like a private sanctuary.

However, the overall experience was not quite at the five-star level. The ‘spa’ was just a couple of treatment rooms. we had to settle for a pedicure. The degustation menu wasn’t all that impressive, lacking availability and flavors. We felt a bit lost with the beverage options too – ordering a cocktail felt like a comedy sketch!

The room was really spacious and had this view of the rainforest that was just stunning. I loved that the bathroom had heated floors, made stepping out of the shower feel like luxury! The staff was attentive and kept checking if we needed anything, which made the experience feel special.

It wasn’t exactly affordable but you could do worse if you're looking for comfort.

Man, this place is just magic! The rainforest vibes are on point and our room was a real treat! Super spacious, comfy bed with high-quality linens, and the sound of birds was just lekker! Had brekkie and dinner there, food was next level – everything was delicious and service was so warm, like old friends!

Only thing was that the bathroom door was a bit dodgy, kinda awkward to use, but ag man, didn’t ruin the vibe at all.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed a cozy walk in the forest at night, absorbing the magic of glowworms lighting up the trees. The food was great, and we had a good rest in the incredibly comfortable rooms. Rohan, the manager, was super helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend the quad bike tours for a fun adventure!

The location was perfect, close to amazing attractions like the heli hike, and we enjoyed a fun night walk through the forest to see the glowworms. The staff were super helpful, especially in the restaurant. Definitely recommend trying the quad bike tours for some extra adventure!

The dining experience could greatly improve. the breakfast selection is hit or miss, with pastries often burnt and still tasting frozen. Additionally, the lack of variety in dinner options meant repeated meals which got old quickly. For a place touting luxury, the shower's water pressure leaves a lot to be desired—a constant trickle is not what you expect when paying a premium. Also, while there are advertised amenities, such as a spa, the actual setup is underwhelming and less than luxurious, housed in a repurposed hotel room. Lastly, parking situations can be chaotic, with insufficient spaces forcing some guests to park on the street.

I visited for one night during a group tour. The rooms were spacious, and I enjoyed breakfast with a wide variety. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions. I had a beautiful moment walking through the forest at night, witnessing glowworms illuminating the trees. It felt like I was in another world.
