The staff's fluency in English communication was limited and some cleaning staff entered our room without permission. The water and shower took a while to heat up, and some of the English signs had grammatical errors.

the location was perfect for me as it was in the heart of a bustling shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Secondly, the room size was comfortable and had a mini kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

One minor downside was that the shower occasionally became very hot and the water would spill out. However, this did not detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.
