Loved the warm welcome received upon arrival. the staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. Enjoyed the beautiful view from my room's balcony while sipping on the complementary welcome drink. the location was perfect as it was just a few minutes' walk away from the main attractions. appreciated the complementary airport shuttle service that made our arrival hassle-free.

The gym was a bit small and could have had more equipment. the breakfast did not have a lot of variety and the same items were repeated every day.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall, making it easy for families to access various amenities. It is also near the city center, allowing guests to easily explore the attractions. Additionally, the hotel is close to the airport, making it convenient for those traveling with young children. The rooms are well organized and clean, providing a comfortable stay for families. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, ensuring that everyone in the family can find something they enjoy. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service.

The executive lounge can feel crowded and limited in terms of food and beverage options.

I had the most wonderful spa experience during my stay at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel. The staff at the spa were incredibly hospitable and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made sure that my time at the spa was exceptional. The therapist, Nancy, was absolutely amazing, and her hands worked magic. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be coming back for another spa session. Thank you to everyone at Hilton for this incredible experience! I highly recommend this hotel.
