The staff, including Nadia, Ali Marji, Fadi, Ganinen, Mr. George, Mr. Mohammed, and Ms. Cynthia, are friendly, helpful, and professional, ensuring a great stay.

Loved the warm welcome received upon arrival. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. Enjoyed the beautiful view from my room's balcony while sipping on the complementary welcome drink. The location was perfect as it was just a few minutes' walk away from the main attractions. , appreciated the complementary airport shuttle service that made our arrival hassle-free.

The gym was a bit small and could have had more equipment. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety and the same items were repeated every day.

I had the most wonderful spa experience during my stay at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand Hotel. The staff at the spa were incredibly hospitable and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they made sure that my time at the spa was exceptional. The therapist, Nancy, was absolutely amazing, and her hands worked magic. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be coming back for another spa session. Thank you to everyone at Hilton for this incredible experience! I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty. Luxurious amenities, from the Sauna to the Body Scrub and the Turkish Bath, exceeded my high expectations. The heated swimming pool with sun loungers in the garden area provided relaxation and comfort. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the Spa Centre was top-notch. I felt truly pampered at this hotel.

While my stay was great overall, the only minor issue was the Wi-Fi. It wasn't as fast as I expected and I had to pay a fee for it.
