The hotel's convenient location in the heart of the city made it easy for us to explore Kota Kinabalu on foot, with everything within walking distance. The room we stayed in offered a beautiful view of the sea, creating a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring our needs were met. The value for money was exceptional, with breakfast included in the affordable room rate.

Stayed here for a 3D2N and had a great experience. The room was clean and had plenty of sunlight in the morning. I was impressed that there was no cigarette smell. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The Italian restaurant next door and the nearby shopping malls were a big plus. I also appreciated the option to choose between soft and slightly harder pillows. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Hotel Capital and would definitely recommend it to others.

The complimentary breakfast was quite delicious, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice touch. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and shop around. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay tolerable.

The overall experience was underwhelming. the rooms were outdated and smelled musty.
