The location of the hotel was ideal for those who want to be in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance to many shopping outlets and near to MP & DP mall. You could just walk to the nearest mall. However, it was a bit away from the tourist attractions.

You had to go through a long walk from check-in counter to the room. The lift in the north wing barely worked, so you had to use the staircase which could be tiring.

I had a great stay here! The location is perfect - right in the heart of everything. I could walk to all the shopping outlets and main tourist attractions. The room was equipped with all the amenities I needed such as air conditioning, TV, and a mini-bar. The staff were all very friendly and the room service and laundry were excellent. I also made sure to take advantage of the leisure facilities like the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa & wellness centre, and fitness centre.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The hotel is strategically located as it is close to shopping malls and a variety of restaurants. the complimentary breakfast and daily housekeeping service were great. I also found it impressive that the hotel had a gym in which I was able to maintain my exercise routine.

I had an unpleasant experience as the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier and more welcoming. the room had a lingering musty odour which was quite unpleasant.

As a tourist, I really loved the very perfect location of Eco Tree Hotel. The staffs were incredibly professional and helpful, especially the receptionist, a Malay guy whose name I'm not sure of. He went out of his way to find me another room for the next day. The facilities were top-notch, including the comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom, refreshing pool, and convenient parking. I couldn't have asked for more!

the location was near the town and the room had a nice decor, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was delicious. One of the highlights was the spacious room, which provided ample space for relaxation. I was pleased with the availability of parking on the ground level of the property.

The studio suite was well-maintained and cleaned daily. Although there was some noise from the nearby pub, it did not significantly affect our stay. The location was within walking distance of great dining options. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
