During our stay at Gingerflower Boutique, we experienced excellent customer service from the receptionist named Lillian. She warmly welcomed us and efficiently handled our check-in process. She was attentive to our needs and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is perfect, being within walking distance of Jonker Walk, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, and we felt a lack of space to move around comfortably. Additionally, there were some mosquitos in the room, but the hotel provided an electronic insect repellent to address the issue.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious, especially the Urban Townhouse for families. With four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, it's perfect for large groups of guests. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, considering their size. Additionally, the hotel's location just next to Jonker's Walk is a huge advantage. Being within walking distance of most attractions makes exploring the town very convenient.

The hotel could improve on the noise issue, particularly the loud religious call before dawn.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel by the river. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to various attractions in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast provided was simple but filling, giving us a good start to the day. Plus, the view of the river from the hotel was truly picturesque. a delightful experience.

The noise from the street could be a bit disruptive at times.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot, close to all the best restaurants and shops in town. the staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with our luggage. the room was kept spotless with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and good shower. We also enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast, which never failed to start our day off on the right foot.

Although it was not a major issue, we do wish that the hotel could have provided us with a mirror in the bedroom and a soap dish in the bathroom. there was some renovation work happening during our stay that caused some noise disturbances, which we were not warned about beforehand.
