We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely professional and always polite, especially Mr. Ahmed at the reception. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities provided were top-notch. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport and near a major shopping mall. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I had a great stay at Ibis. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. There was a hypermarket just two minutes away, and several food places within walking distance. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Misbahuddin, the room cleaner. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall facility was nice and well-kept.

The room cleaning service could have been better as they did not dispose of empty water bottles. the parking situation was not ideal, with limited spaces available and often required parking some distance away from the hotel.
