Spacious rooms with good facilities, including a mini pool. Beautiful sceneries within and around the compound, especially the lake. Friendly staff and efficient room service. Convenient location near IOI City Mall.

Nice complementary drinks and snacks. Convenient location near the airport and public transportation. The pool area was enjoyable for a quick dip.

The hotel lacked cleanliness and maintenance. The room was not ready for check-in at the time stated and the lighting was too dim.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a picturesque view of a beautiful lake. It is also in close proximity to the convention centre, making it convenient for business travellers attending seminars. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added advantage of a small balcony. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast spread is satisfying. Additionally, the hotel offers facilities such as an infinity pool with stunning views at night.

During my recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton, I was impressed by the beautiful facade of the hotel. It reminded me of something straight out of a fairytale. The grounds were well-maintained and the staff was polite and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's WiFi and parking facilities. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet, offering a variety of Malaysian and Chinese dishes, including a dedicated kids' corner. The kids splash pool was a hit with my children, who had a great time. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that meet all luxury needs. The room was spacious and had an incredible in-room breakfast service. The infinity pool offered a stunning view and the sun loungers in the garden area were comfortable.

The private facilities were not up to standard. The steam room was out of order during our visit.
