The Renaissance hotel offers excellent service with helpful staff, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a bay view room with direct sunlight. The room was spacious and cozy, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. The manager of room services, Hilmi, was polite and extremely helpful, while Khairul and Ella at the breakfast buffet restaurant provided exceptional service. The hotel is also conveniently located only a 2-minute walk away from coffee shops that serve great food.

From the moment I entered this luxurious hotel, I knew that my expectations were going to be fulfilled. the staff provided excellent service, greeting me with warm smiles and offering to assist me with anything I needed. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities, such as a sauna and an outdoor heated swimming pool with sun loungers and a sun terrace, giving me the perfect place to relax and unwind. the hotel's restaurant and bar area provided delicious meals and refreshing drinks, adding to the luxury experience. the private facilities were exceptional, and the location advantages made exploring the surrounding area easy and convenient.

the pool area lacked entertainment, which would have added an extra element to an otherwise perfect stay.

The service was exceptional! They surprised us with a birthday cake for our child. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the juice bar was a standout feature. we had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance.

The hotel fell short in terms of upkeep. the car park was old and needed an upgrade, and the cleanliness of the shower area was not up to par.

Breakfast buffet has excellent quality, with many dishes to choose from. Room is well-kept and clean, with hospitable staff always available to assist guests. Gym has new and well-maintained equipment. a comfortable and relaxing stay for a city getaway.
