the bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, providing a much-needed relaxation after a long trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of free tea, coffee, and water, as well as toiletries like shampoo, hairdryer, and toothbrushes. the wake-up call service was perfect, and the hotel's proximity to the gate made it convenient for catching my flight. Despite initially expecting a long wait at the airport, I was able to get a good night's sleep, leaving me happy and refreshed for my journey's last leg. I highly recommend Sama Sama Express Klia2 for exceeding all my expectations and providing a comfortable stay.

Great location and price for a long stop over in KLIA2 right next to the food court! Staff were friendly and it was easy to communicate despite the language barrier.
