We had an amazing time staying at this guesthouse! The location was perfect, right in the town center and close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The room and bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the sociable atmosphere and multiple areas to relax and meet other guests. We would definitely come back in the future!

The noise from the busy street and nearby mosque, which could be quite disruptive at times.

With its central location, it is near to almost everything in Georgetown. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests can enjoy a basic breakfast, and there is free tea and coffee available throughout the day. The guesthouse also offers bicycle rental and is near the bus station, making it easy to explore Penang.

The limited number of toilets and showers per floor may cause some inconvenience during peak times.

The location on the main street was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and street food options. The bathroom and room were clean, and the staff was friendly. it was a cheap and enjoyable stay.

With the city center being easily walkable, all the attractions were within reach.

Lack of friendly atmosphere and local tips.

I recently stayed at The Frame Guesthouse for a few nights while exploring the city. The decor was impressive and the bed was super comfy. The showers were the best I've ever had in a hotel. They provided tea and coffee all day long, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful, providing maps and calling taxis for us. it was a great place to stay and I would 100% stay again and recommend it to anyone.

the design of the place is sleek and modern, with a touch of ruggedness in an old shophouse. the rooms were spacious and the beds super-comfortable. We really appreciated having a plug and a light for everyone, as well as a large locker. the air conditioning worked flawlessly and the showers were clean. the location of the hostel was excellent, with plenty of great street food options just outside on Chulia Street. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Frame Guesthouse to others.
