I had the best stay at this hotel for my mom's surprise 70th birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and the whole place was beautiful inside and out. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. The food, especially the local cuisine, was delicious. I loved the taco stations and the Mexican buffet with a mariachi band. The evening entertainment with dance and musical performances was a great addition. The staff were very friendly and attentive, from the bell boys to the waiters. The grounds were lovely, especially the walkway through the jungle and seeing the local animals.

We had a great time at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences - All Senses Inclusive. The staff was friendly and the rooms were well-maintained. One highlight of our stay was the amazing taco stand next to the main buffet. The food was delicious when the three women were working. The alcohol selection was plentiful, and the foam party at the adult-only pool was a fun experience.

One drawback was that the beds were uncomfortable and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep. Additionally, the Wi-Fi outside of the room was poor and patchy, which was inconvenient.

The location of the resort is stunning, surrounded by lush gardens and a serene Cenote. Flavors, the buffet area, offers a decent variety of options for breakfast and dinner, with attentive service. The rooms are well-maintained and updated, providing a comfortable stay. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a magical experience, with standout employees like Enrique the bar tender and Ana Marie, who provided exceptional turn-down service.

There are some issues with the Wi-Fi speed, which can be patchy outside the room and in certain areas of the resort.

The lush gardens and tranquil feel of the resort were breathtaking. the staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the grounds were well-maintained and our room was perfect, with modern updates and everything we needed. We were also impressed with the bartenders, especially Enrique, who made the best drinks. Plus, the turn-down service by Ana Marie added a lovely touch to our magical experience.

Our second visit to the property did not live up to our expectations. We booked a two-bedroom penthouse and were given a three-bed suite, which we had to share with a stranger.

The kids club is secure with numerous activities, while the beach is regularly cleaned. Multiple swimming pools are available, including adult-only options. Thematic buffet nights offer a variety of cuisines, and the staff is friendly. Night shows are entertaining, and there is a jungle space with monkeys and other wildlife.

The resort is amazing! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities, delicious food. Highly recommended for families.

The staff provided fabulous service and were excellent throughout our stay. The infinity pool was amazing with great views, constant service, and relaxation. The TACOS were incredible! The other pools by the rooms were also delightful and a great place to chill as a family. The dining options were enjoyable with many different restaurants and types of food to try. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful to walk around. The resort offers great excursion options. We absolutely loved our stay and created some new friends here.

We had an incredible experience at this huge hotel. the abundance of pools and the stunning jungle walk to the beach made our stay memorable. We encountered amazing wildlife along the way, including playful monkeys. Although the beach had seaweed, the dedicated hotel staff cleaned it up every morning. What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding food and activities. the variety and quality of the cuisine surpassed our expectations, and we never had any trouble with reservations. the nightly activities were of such high quality that we would have willingly paid to see them elsewhere. the friendly and helpful staff added to our overall enjoyment, and we would love to return.

The beauty of the resort itself was unmatched, and our room was the most stunning we have ever stayed in. the staff, especially Luis at the Manglar bar, were amazing. We also loved the taco stand next to the main buffet, especially when the three women were working. the people were friendly and the alcohol was plentiful. We had a blast at the foam party in the adult-only pool. This resort is truly a beautiful place inside and out. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The hotel had a great location near the beach and offered a variety of complementary services. the main pool area was clean and relaxing, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. the rooftop terrace was a fantastic addition to our room and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view. the wine list was interesting, although at an extra charge, it was worth it.

The service was a bit slow and it was difficult to communicate with some of the staff members as we did not speak Spanish. Although the room was nice, the shower head did not work properly and we did not have any hot water.
