The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and had beautiful facilities. We loved the location, as it was a short walk to and from Bourbon Street. The atmosphere was great, offering a secluded and private space to relax after the excitement of the city. The pillows in the room were also a highlight; we really enjoyed them.

The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The valet service went above and beyond, finding and bringing our phone to our room. The location was perfect, with most attractions within walking distance. The hotel was old-fashioned, classy, and clean, with nice decorations. Club lounge access was worth every penny. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the concierge was helpful. the service and ambience were exceptional.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the overall quality of the hotel. the rooms were exactly what we expected from a luxury hotel. the location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, we really enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the club level upgrade and access to the club suite. the club rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and having complimentary food and drinks throughout the day made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that we didn't appreciate. we were surprised to find out that we had to pay for Wi-Fi.

We were pleased with its convenient location, as it was quiet but still within walking distance of the restaurants we had chosen in the French Quarter.
