The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and had beautiful facilities. We loved the location, as it was a short walk to and from Bourbon Street. The atmosphere was great, offering a secluded and private space to relax after the excitement of the city. The pillows in the room were also a highlight; we really enjoyed them.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the overall quality of the hotel. The rooms were exactly what we expected from a luxury hotel. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. Additionally, we really enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the club level upgrade and access to the club suite. The club rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and having complimentary food and drinks throughout the day made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that we didn't appreciate. Firstly, we were surprised to find out that we had to pay for Wi-Fi. It's disappointing that in this day and age, some hotels still charge their guests for internet access. Secondly, the housekeeping service could have been better. While they did a good job on the first day, they seemed to overlook the bathroom counter for the rest of our stay. There was also a day where they forgot to come altogether, although the hotel did provide some compensation for the mistake. Lastly, we were disappointed to learn that the pool was under maintenance for the majority of our stay and we were not informed about it. It would have been better if the hotel had communicated this to their guests beforehand.

The location was perfect, just a few blocks from all the action. We could easily walk to our destinations. The food in the restaurant was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Enjoyed massages in the spa. Staff was fabulous and professional.

The service at this hotel was exceptional! We had a late check-in due to travel delays, but the front desk staff accommodated us with a smile. The Club-Level Lounge never failed to impress with its food and drink selection. We felt so pampered during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my stay, I had a minor issue with the cleanliness of my shower. However, upon notifying the front desk, they immediately addressed the issue and ensured that it was cleaned to my satisfaction. The prompt and efficient response of the staff left a positive impression on me.

Housekeeping could have been more consistent.

Two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a fruit basket in the room were a nice touch. The hotel is located near popular attractions and transportation was easily accessible. The lobby was beautifully decorated.

The hotel had a horrible smell upon entering. The rooms were not clean and there were stains on the towels and rip on the bedsheet cover. The hotel restaurant food was average and overpriced. The staff was unhelpful and disrespectful enough to charge me a cancellation fee for an error I quickly corrected. I would not recommend.

The exclusive amenities, such as the luxurious spa and wellness center, the indoor swimming pool, and the sauna, fulfilled all my needs for relaxation. The treatment room was beautifully decorated and the full body massage was top-notch. The bar area had a great atmosphere with live entertainment and the restaurant served exceptional dishes. The in-room breakfast was delivered on time and the private facilities were clean and high-quality. The garden area was a lovely addition, allowing me to enjoy some fresh air.

The only minor issue I found was that the private bathroom had a small sink. However, it wasn't enough to ruin the luxurious and quality services provided by the venue. The service provided by the staff was attentive and helpful, making my stay overall a pleasant experience.
