We stayed at Casa Coral for a few nights during our family vacation. The hosts made us feel like part of their family and were incredibly friendly. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, and the ensuite bathroom, although small, was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a ceiling fan and AC, providing options for cooling. The location, although a bit far from the city center, offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Bicycles were also available for use, although we didn't take advantage of them. our stay at Casa Coral was fantastic, and we would definitely stay there again!

Lovely local area, 2 km from center. Super calm, beautiful place with attentive host. Taxi costs 30 pesos. Perfect after stressful day. Nice room in beautiful house. Big courtyard with tables, chairs, and amacas. Well-equipped kitchen. Neighborhood has small shop. Family is welcoming and helpful. Felt like part of family. Fully equipped shared kitchen, ensuite bathroom. No hot water. Location far from Bacalar, need car. Kind owners, gave special attention. Cute, clean, cosy place. Love it!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, away from the busy streets in the center and right next to a small 'jungle'. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. We especially loved the fact that there was parking available and a convenient store next door. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the hot water and wifi were great bonuses. this hotel provided the best experience during our trip.

The hotel is located in a lovely local area, close to the beautiful Laguna and right next to a small 'jungle'. It offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere, away from the busy streets of this city. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and speaking great Spanish and English. The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms and good air conditioning. There is also a ceiling fan for those who prefer it.

As a solo traveler, I loved the friendly and hospitable staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The communal kitchen provided everything I needed to prepare my own food. The location was convenient, with easy access to the ADO bus station and the town. it was a fantastic Mexican experience away from tourists.

For us, it was ideal.

If you want a true Mexican experience, away from tourists, but a 30 peso taxi from the fort and centre, very close to nature and want to improve or use your Spanish, I highly recommend Casa Coral. Good air con and fan. Close to the Hwy for authentic restaurants. Carlos and his family were amazing! The nicest hosts EVER! They even gave me a ride to Escárcega a 3 1/2 hr ride away, and bought me lunch and did not ask for money.

I would recommend this hotel.
