We had a fantastic stay at a pet-friendly hotel with a great pool and friendly staff. the location was quiet and perfect for relaxation. the rooms were clean and the ambiance was wonderful. the breakfast and food at the restaurant were excellent. We also appreciated the modern facilities and the ability to move around easily. Casa Kaoba Hotel & Suites provided a nice, relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle of the city.

A magical place full of energy and spirit. The team created a lovely atmosphere for fun and relaxation. Lifelong memories were made in this King-worthy accommodation. The hotel offers free parking, a garden, terrace, and a restaurant.

No fridge, no hot water and bathroom smelled, breakfast timing was off, need a rental for a better experience, some cleaning issues, invaded by housekeeping.

I was impressed with how pet-friendly the hotel was, with dog cleaning stations and water bowls available. the pool was spacious and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi and appreciated the safety measures in place. the breakfast included was delicious and the staff, especially Sofia, were attentive and friendly. the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was only a short 8-minute drive to the ferry terminal for Cozumel island.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a fantastic experience. Casa Kaoba Hotel & Suites provided us with cozy and practical standard double rooms that we preferred over the superior double rooms. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast offered was delicious. One of the highlights was the relaxing area with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which was perfect after a tiring day of exploring. the location was ideal, being close to the beach and main road.

We had a great stay at Casa Kaoba! the location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, Xcaret Park, and the stunning cenotes. the staff were friendly and the pool was amazing. Our room was spacious and well-decorated, with a small kitchen and living room. the AC and internet worked well, and everything was clean. We loved the cost-benefit of this hotel and found it convenient to buy day passes for the all-inclusive resorts nearby.

During our Christmas stay, we received two lovely complementary gifts from the staff that made us feel right at home. the hotel's facilities were impressive, with a large swimming pool and relaxing hot tubs upon request. the location was perfect for a peaceful break, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable. the food in the restaurant was not as good as we had hoped, and taxis to get into town were quite expensive.

It's situated outside the city, which means you can avoid the busy roads in the city center. the outdoor area at the hotel is fantastic, with a large pool and various cozy sitting areas. the price was reasonable, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite for free, which was excellent value for money. We arrived around 1 pm, and the hotel allowed us to check in early. Parking was easy, with plenty of free spots available. the rooms had ample storage space for our belongings, and the air conditioner worked well.
